Celebration of Life: will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the family farm 

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Northwest Wisconsin A.L.S. Association

Interment: will be held at a later date

Gregory "Greg" D. Erickson, age 59, of Eau Claire passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at home surrounded by his family.

Greg was born on September 11, 1952 to George and Helen (Goss) Erickson in Eau Claire. He graduated from Memorial High School in 1970. Greg obtained his Bachelor's degree from UW River Falls. He spent his life continuing the family legacy of the Erickson family farm. Greg was a pillar in the dairy community of Wisconsin for over thirty years. Greg married Roberta Zell on August 14, 2009 in Cleghorn.

Greg had a passion for his farming, his Harley and the Green Bay Packers. There was an unforgettable sparkle in his eyes when talking about his passions or grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Robbie; son, Lars Erickson; daughter, Elsa (Stephen) Erickson-Trojan; stepsons, Brian and Kenneth Peck; grandchildren, Tyler, Brodie and a third grandson expected in the coming days; parents, George and Helen Erickson all of Eau Claire; brothers, Jim Erickson of Waupun, WI, Gary (Amy) Erickson of Eau Claire, Ron (Theresa) Erickson of Eau Claire, and Dave (Terri) Erickson of Sun City, Arizona; sister, Mary (Ben) Froelich of Eau Claire; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
