Visitation: Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home

A private interment will take place at a later date

Leonard "Buck" J. Beaudette, Jr., age 75, of Eau Claire, passed on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Dove Healthcare-West in Eau Claire.

Buck was born on January 7, 1941 to the late Leonard J., Sr. and Dorothy (Lambert) Beaudette in Chippewa Falls where he grew up and attended school. He served our nation in U.S. Navy and worked as a mechanist with Uniroyal. On December 10, 1960, he married Carol Redard in Chippewa Falls.

He loved being outdoors either hunting, fishing, or golfing. He also enjoyed spending time going to the casino, tinkering in his workshop at home, and working on cars. Buck loved his wife, children and grandchildren and will be greatly missed.

Buck is survived by his wife, Carol; daughters, Shelly (Steve) Swerman, Bobbie (Greg) DeVoll, and Cindy Gudel; son, Shane (Stephanie) Beaudette; grandchildren, Chase and Tiffany Swerman, Kyle, Ryan and Sean Johnson, Courtney and Ashley Gudel, and Logan Beaudette; great grandchild, Carson Johnson; brother, William (Ruth) Beaudette; sister, Judy LaPlaca; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rodney.
