Michael J. Bluemel, age 31, of Eau Claire passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2012 in Eau Claire.

Michael was born on January 15, 1981 to Ron and Pat (Muilenburg) Bluemel in Eau Claire. In 1999, he graduated from North High School. Michael enjoyed being in the outdoors fishing and hunting. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his children, Lara and Ayla; parents, Ron and Pat of Strum; sister, Shannon of Eau Claire; grandmothers, Helen Bluemel of Eau Claire and Irene Muilenburg of West Chicago, IL; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ronald E. Bluemel and Calvin O. Muilenburg.
