Memorial Visitation: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 19 at the funeal home with a vigil service at 12:00 p.m.

Thomas C. Falk, age 60, formerly of Eau Claire, died on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Naples Community Hospital in Naples, Florida.

Tom was born on May 29, 1951, the son of Roger and Betty (Moriarty)  Falk in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  In 1978, Tom moved to Naples were he enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and being a huge NASCAR fan.

He is survived by his father, Roger Falk; brothers, Steve (Renie) of Baldwin, MI, Jerry (Pam) of Lakeville, MN, and Mike (Kim) of Minnetonka, MN; sister, Luanne (Paul) Kroetz of Richland Center, WI; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. 

Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Betty; brother, John; aunt, Lillian; and uncle, Donald.
