Marguerite Dwight Fick, age 87, formerly of Lapeer, Michigan died on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at Dove Healthcare-West in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Marguerite has resided in Eau Claire for the past eight years to be near her only child, Mary, and her husband, Ronald Snider.

Prior to relocating to Eau Claire, Marguerite was a lifetime resident of Lapeer, Michigan where she was born on February 7, 1924 to Dwight and Verna (Hosner) Steward.  She married Bernard Christian (Bud) Fick on June 4, 1942 at First Presbyterian Church. 

Her only grandson is Matthew (Wolf) Snider who resides in Cedarburg, WI.

Marguerite was very active in her church and community during her years in Lapeer, MI.  She was a successful real estate sales person for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud, on November 3, 2001 in Lapeer; brothers, Frank and Destain Steward; and sister, Elva Lynch.
