 On Friday, October 4, 2019, Pauline Cable went home to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 89.
Pauline was born May 16, 1930 to the late Erasm and Yadwiga (Petruczenko) Pushkarsky in Slovak Town, Arkansas. She was the youngest of eight children and moved to Chicago at the age of 13. She graduated from Austin High School. She met the love of her life, Thomas F. Cable, and they married on October 9, 1948. They lived most of their lives in Burlington, WI where she was a loving mom to her three boys and worked for Jensen Accounting. Tom and Polly loved northern Wisconsin and moved to Woodruff in 1988. They loved to travel and enjoyed a world cruise for their 50th anniversary. They later moved to Eau Claire.
Polly is survived by her sons, Thomas (Sheila), Richard (Kathy), and John (Diane); grandchildren, Krystyna (Michael) Hase, Joe (Debra) Cable, Libby (Jared) Benz, Kasha (Jake) Rasmussen, Sarah (Dan) Frye, and Emily (Charlie) Hastings; great grandchildren, Michael, Amy, Heidi, Tommy and Elsa Hase, Joey, Ameilya, Lyndee and Mollee Cable, Liesl, Grace, Emma and Ty Benz, Buck Rasmussen, and Madeline Hastings. She is also survived by special nieces, Frances Ann Dorough, Evelyn Rose Elgin, Mary Alice Lomason, and Becky Jo Donohue; cousin, Sister Paul Marie; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Thomas; siblings, Genevieve, Stanley, Michael, Frances, Louis, Laddie, and Vincent.
