Robert "Bob" T. Anderson, age 65, of Eau Claire, died on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at VitaCare Living in Bloomer, Wisconsin.

He was born August 6, 1959, to Orville A. and Shirley (Nordin) Anderson in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He graduated with the class of 1979 from Memorial High School and worked various janitorial jobs with REACH in Eau Claire.

Bob loved trains. He was part of the 2719 Steam Engine rebuild that was in Carson Park and loved traveling on 2719 train runs. For 40+ years he was a member of the Chippewa Valley Railroad in Carson Park. Many kids enjoyed his authentic attire and great humor. He spent many years attending the Eau Claire Pioneer Days displaying his "Bob Mobile" and enjoyed singing Karaoke with Johnny Cash always on the list. He had the great talent for "fixing" anything and couldn't pass up an antique store.

Bob's joy in life was being with his nieces and nephews and reminding them how much he loved them.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley; sister, Susan (John) Mohr; brother, Roger (Kim) Anderson; nieces and nephews, Andy, Tracy (Eric) Carrillo, Kyle, Megan, Jordan, and Samuel (Mariah); great niece, Ameila; many other dear relatives and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Orville; brother, David; baby brother, Thomas.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Bloomer VitaCare and Interim Hospice for the love and support they showed Bob.

Honoring a life with a meaningful service is an important step in the grief process and is a gift to their family and friends —
a gift of memories and a gift of healing
