Church life was very important to Dick.  He enjoyed his church family and often talked of them with great fondness. He enjoyed working in the church library organizing and cataloging books. Since 1964, Dick and Linda enjoyed traveling in their RV visiting National Parks across the county and doing volunteer work in many of them.

Dick is survived by his son, Randall of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter, Nancy Jo Rice and her husband, Lee, of Leicester, NC; nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; daughter, Marjorie; brothers, Curtis, Royce, and Bob.

Honoring a life with a meaningful service is an important step in the grief process and is a gift to their family and friends —
a gift of memories and a gift of healing
