Visitation: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and also one hour prior to serivce at church

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013 at Eau Claire Wesleyan Church (2405 Keith Street) in Eau Claire with the Reverend Dwayne Winterberg officiating

Interment: will be held at a later date inLakeview Cemetery, Eau Clarie, Wisconsin

Harry P. Bilderback, age 88, of Eau Claire died on Monday, March 18, 2013 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls.

Harry was born on June 26, 1924 to the late William and Vinnie Mae (Perkins) Bilderback in Eau Claire.  He proudly served our country as a Marines in the South Pacific during World War II. On  September 6, 1946, Harry married Beverly Kohlhepp at the Eau Claire Wesleyan Church. He worked as a Pipefitter for Northern States Power for 25 years retiring in 1986. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Harry loved fishing, hunting, fixing and selling cars and being with his friends at McDonalds.

He is survived by his daughters, Tamara Bilderback of Eau Claire, Amy Bilderback of Eau Claire and Peggy Bilderback  (Dean Brott)  of Chippewa Falls; grandchildren, Cody, Cheyenne and Christopher; great grandson, Kaden; brother, Allan (Gayle) Bilderback of Eau Claire; many nieces, nephews and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Beverly; sister, Leah; brothers, Ralph, Rodney, Loren, Lyle and Howard.
