Jerri L. Cleasby

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Jerri Lyn Cleasby, age 55, passed away on June 21, 2020 surrounded by loved ones at Mayo Clinic Health System - Eau Claire.

She was born and raised in Dayton, OH by her grandparents, Hazel "Granny" and Doug Moles, who greet her in death along with her daughter, Kara Hoeck. Jerri loved gardening and the outdoors; spending many of her happiest moments tending to her flowers. She also enjoyed visiting the beach, whether it is was local Riverview beach or those in exotic Hawaii. Jerri was a devoted wife. She and Dave would have celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary on June 24.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, Dave; four surviving daughters, Amber, Randi, Lisa, and Kessa; several grandchildren; other family members and friends.
