Victoria K. Stumm, age 76, of Eau Claire, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.

She was born December 3,1948, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to the late Marvin and Beverly (Scheidecker) Seibel. On December 23, 1972, Vikki married Thomas Stumm at the Chapel of Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. They enjoyed over 50 years of marriage and had one daughter, Megan Deisz.

Vikki was a kindergarten teacher for almost 30 years. When she started out teaching, she had two half-day classes of over 30 children each and dedicated much of her free time to creating a stimulating and creative environment for them to learn. She was remarkably dedicated to her vocation and made many lasting and treasured friendships with her fellow teachers. Vikki was a tea drinker and life-long learner who loved to listen to Barbra Streisand and watch PBS.

In retirement she helped care for her 3 granddaughters with zeal. She was petite and full of energy, with a ready smile, positive spirit, and enthusiasm for her work, family and friends. Her middle school aged granddaughters adored her and happily accompanied her to the mall to learn how to "shop until you drop." Vikki was devoted to her Catholic faith and volunteered serving meals at The Community Table.

Vikki is survived by her husband, Tom; daughter, Megan (Rob) Deisz and their daughters, Nora, June, and Willa, of Minneapolis, MN; brothers, Scott (Nancy) Seibel and their son, Nicholas, of Hingham, MA; and Dan Seibel of Surprise, AZ; many other relatives and dear friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Mayo Clinic Health System - Cancer Center and Hospice for their compassion and assistance.
