Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington with Reverend David Irgens officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Lenora K. Soppeland, age 61, of Eau Claire, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Mayo Clinic Health System - Chippewa Valley in Bloomer.

Lenora was born on September 16, 1959 to Harold and Ione (Mayer) Freid in Eau Claire. For over 35 years she worked as a registered nurse. She enjoyed sharing her time between sewing, taking care of her dogs, cheering on her beloved Packers, and being at the cottage. But mostly, Lenora loved being with her family, especially her grandkids.

She is survived by her mother, Ione; sons, Nathan (Susan), Christopher (Jamie), and Matthew (Jen) Soppeland; 5 grandchildren, sister, Alice (Gerald) Dusick; brother, Brian Freid; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Lenora was preceded in death by her father, Harold, and brother, Gary.
