Elizabeth J. Thurston, age 88, of Eau Claire, died Friday, October 11, 2013 at home surrounded by her family.

Elizabeth was born on September 4, 1925 to the late Sidney and Amelia (Sach) Russell in Eau Claire.

She is survived by her children, William (Lorraine) Pire of Eau Claire, Debra Lowe of Eau Claire, Bobbi (Ron) Gibson of Eau Claire; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
