Clayton J. Chryst, age 89, of Eau Claire died on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at the Clairemont Nursing and Rehabilitation in Eau Claire.

He was born on February 11, 1925 to the late Harold and Gladys (Jiles) Chryst in the Town of St. Joseph in St. Croix County.

Clayton is survived by his daughters, Dianna Hansen, Vicky Morrill, and Tammy (Butch) Drake all of Eau Claire; grandchildren, Nicole Knutson, Amanda Morrill, Jessica Kosmosky, Christopher Morrill, Ashley Cartmill and Andrew Drake; great grandchildren, Bryant, Kaylee and Olivia; brothers, Donald, William and Robert; sisters, Mary AcAullay and Nancy Chryst; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna; sisters, Marjorie and Eleanor; and brother, David.
