Pauline "Pauly" L. Millsap, age 96, of Eau Claire passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Sacred Heart Hospital surrounded by family.

Pauline was born on January 20, 1918 to the late Robert and Orrie (Combs) Patrick in Isabel, Illinois. She married Joseph Millsap in Illinois where they lived for many years moving to Eau Claire in 1954. She was a wonderful homemaker taking great joy and pride in being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Pauly loved to cook, bake, and fish whenever possible. She became quite the fashion lady in her later years always dressing her best. Living in Wisconsin she was a devout Packerbacker. Her quick wit, sense of humor and gentle ways will be deeply missed by her family, neighbors from LaSalle Street and Eastridge Estates and all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Helen) of Sioux Falls, SD; grandchildren, Lisa (Rick) Seeley of Sioux Falls, SD, Lynne (Brian) Nelson of LaCrescent, MN, Layna (David) Lounsbrough, of LaCrosse, WI, and Lee Millsap of Sioux Falls, SD; great grandchildren, Ryan (Cassi), Stephanie, Josh, Rachel, Jessica, Meghan, Elizabeth; great, great grandchildren, Jersey Jo and Maze Robert; her beloved friend and companion, Severt "Boots" C. Solum; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; sisters, Pat, Margaret, and Dana.

Honoring a life with a meaningful service is an important step in the grief process and is a gift to their family and friends —
a gift of memories and a gift of healing
