King James Cook, age 75, of Menomonie died on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System - Eau Claire.

King will be remembered as a man of strength and intelligence. He was capable of great kindness and insight. His unique perspective could be the calm in a storm.

King was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his wife of 29 years, Mari; daughters, Eimile (Ryan) Chelberg and Allison Billi Cook; his grandchildren, Ethan and Kelsey, who gave him many proud moments.

He will also be missed by his siblings, Duane, Quinn (Wanda), Gunda (Joyce), Jeanetta (Bruce) Priem, DuWanna Schwartz; other grandchildren , sister-in-law, Mary; brother-in-law, George; daughters, Vicki (Tom) Kozial, Toni, Lauanna, Lureen; nephews; nieces; many family and friends.
