Dennis A. Lima, age 74, of Chippewa Falls died on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Mayo Clinic Health System - Eau Claire.

Dennis was born on June 27, 1938 to Frances Gooder and Eleanor (Larson) Gooder Lima in Eau Claire. Frances died in 1946 and Dennis was later raised to manhood by Theodore Lima. During his life he worked as a salesman.... Dennis enjoyed "hot" coffee, good food, fishing, visits from family and friends and his springer spaniel, "Shy".

Dennis is survived by his daughters, Becky (Vince) Bronstad of Bloomer, Jacqueline (Dana) DeCambaliza of Eleva, Dawn Lima of Eau Claire; son,Timothy (Amy) Lima of Altoona; 13 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; sister, Kay (Brad) DeCorte of Tampa, Florida; brother, Kim Lima; sister-in-law, Rachel (Larry) Lima of Pascagoula, Mississippi; 2 nephews and 1 niece; and his best friend, "Shy".

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandchildren, Gerhardt Dean Lima and Jonathon Dean Lima; brothers, David Lima, Jeffrey Lima and Larry Lima.
