Visitation: family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service

Interment: a private family interment will be held at a later date

Cindy M. Day, age 55, of Eau Claire died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, March 14, 2014 at her home surrounded by family.

Cindy was born on May 12, 1958 to Douglas and Anita (Flick) Clough in Eau Claire. She graduated from North High School in 1976. For 25 plus years she was married to Gregory R. Day. Cindy worked at Hardees for over 33 years and the last seven and half years with Kwik Trip. She specialized in unconditional love; finding good in everyone.

Cindy is survived by her mother, Anita Clough; husband, Greg; daughter, Megan Day (Kevin Bennatt); step-daughter, Sheila (Tony) Christner; granddaughter, Emily Christner; brothers, Mark (Barb) and Guy Clough; sister, Lisa (Dale) Holte; nephew, Jason Holte; best friend, Cheryl Nyhus; many beloved aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Clough, and her grandparents.
